Use of your Personal Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

* To deliver services certain services. * To allow you access to certain sections of our website.

At this point in time we do not hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf. In the future we might hire other companies to provide limited services for us, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, sending postal mail and processing form quotations. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Protecting the privacy of young children

Protecting the privacy of young children is very important to us. For that reason, ATSN will not collect or maintain information at its web site from those actually known to be under 13, and no part of ATSN is intentionally structured to attract anyone under 13. The sole exception to this is our mailing lists and forum board. If a child under 13 signs up for our mailing lists, they will remain a member unless we are asked to remove them by their parent or legal guardian.

When a child under 13 signs up for our forum board our system will act by the Coppa and Caru rules, the system will carry out a special sign up procedure. All users under the age of 13 must seek permission from their parent or guardian in order to gain membership of the ATSN community (forums). While we welcome participation from members under 13, we require that a parent or guardian mail back a signed permission form before we grant membership. Our forum board works with word filters, foul words will be replaced with '*****'.

This form must be signed by the child's parent or legal guardian and returned to ATSN. Until we receive verifiable permission from a parent, a child under 13 may not submit or post his or her personal information on our site.

In addition, we urge parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses or phone numbers, without permission, when using the Internet. Once we have obtained parental consent, we only ask the child for information that is reasonably necessary for the child to participate in our online activities. Parents also have the ability to consent to the collection of their children's information without consenting to the disclosure of that information to third parties.

Parental Access

If you believe that any of your child's personal information is inaccurate, or if you wish to verify the information we have in our records, please contact the ATSN by sending an e-mail to webmaster at atsn dot tv.

About ATSN

NOTE: ATSN was born from the already popular national Radio broadcast, "Trigger Sports Radio", hosted by James B. Towle. Towle wanted to bring the world of Trigger Sports to a whole new level by introducing video clips and LIVE coverage from shooting events, plus NRA updates from Headquarters, Hunting Reports and expert guests on Trigger Sports LIVE! an internet television weekly show. From there, Towle expanded by introducing Trigger Sports TV via DirecTV and Dish Network on the Pursuit Channel. Traveling across the USA, Towle and the ATSN film crew taped competitions and training events in all shooting discipline. Soon after, Towle realized that gun owners needed information on the responsibility of personal self-defense and gun handling beyond the shooting range, and Stop the Threat was born. Each week a panel of law enforcement experts discuss the re-enactment of true crime incidents that have occurred throughout the US and offer the audience sound information to better protect themselves and their loved ones. Towle often asks the viewers to consider "when to shoot or when to retreat". ATSN continues to be the leader in your trigger sports, and personal defense tactics and education.

Mission Statement

"To discuss the safe and responsible ownership of guns as a family sport and an American Tradition".
