Karl Lippard offers Unique Seminar
NEWS RELEASE

Karl Lippard of Karl Lippard Designs is putting together a class on various subjects including firearm/weapon design In Colorado Springs.
Inventor Karl Lippard KARL-Inc.com

Tentatively the seminar will cover these areas:

1. Ammunition in weapon design. New projectiles, powders and delivery methods. Karl Lippard munitions.
2. Design methods of Skin, Bone, Skin/Bone and Bone/Skin. How weapons are designed in thought to production as a process.
3. CAD/CAM programs and use of “Libraries”, “Families” templates, Karl’s patents on design in association with these areas using NX6.
4. CNC interfacing with various programs from 3 axis to 6 axis machines; the complications of “Post” programs of various types.
5. Barrels and barrel production. The various types of new barrels and how to reduce current cost in production. SolidSolid barrels and patents there.
6. Barrel CNC techniques from CAD to machine. New types of steel and cutting issues. New revenue streams identified.
7. Homogeneous barrel production using Bone technology and how that is done. Patent Pending.
8. Wood production, fixtures, impregnation, related machines and machine shortcomings. Patent Pending.
9. Weapon design using all the above technologies using class criterion to design a new weapon DURING class as a demonstration.
10. Design limits of criterion relative to ammunition, weight and recoil. How to overcome that.
11. Class questions to satisfaction with private follow up assistance to manufacturers under NDA.

These are New ideas and methods to increase revenue. We can touch on other areas solicited such as Anti-Tank, Ship, Sub, ICBM, Space; Aircraft weapon systems and focus on specific areas if another seminar is requested on those subjects. I have designs in all these areas. None have ever been applied to a battlefield before.

The Combat NCO 1911 A2 model with 3 patents and 10 patents pending is not a subject but can be included to assist manufacturers of pistols specifically id required.

First, I do not know ANY such class taught anywhere in the world.

Second, know of none with a systematic package covering new technologies in CAD/CAM and how they apply to new design methods. I do have Patents Pending in those areas myself and so informed. The subject matter will cover the rudiments of original design based on criterion to concept and final design of a weapon. I propose a four day seminar with hands on demonstrations with machines. Cost is $1,000. per day per person. Of course consulting is a better way to go actually @ $35,000.00 retainer based on $450.00 per hour rate. This of course is tailored to, and private, for the company retaining. But I assure you those attending will have never viewed the subject matter before and is available only to American owned Companies. Special interest subject matter can be submitted in advance and I can address those depending on the mix attending or addressed under item #10.

Class date tentatively is September 14th thru 18th but can be moved forward at least at this juncture or reduced in length for a smaller class requirement.

Class limit is 4 American manufacturers. Invited are contractors, Federal Government Agencies etc. Minimum 10 persons. The purpose is to plant technology and thinking at the source of American arms suppliers; to give them new ground to run on to compete with foreign imports which is limiting their R&D and capacity to advance new product.

About ATSN

NOTE: ATSN was born from the already popular national Radio broadcast, "Trigger Sports Radio", hosted by James B. Towle. Towle wanted to bring the world of Trigger Sports to a whole new level by introducing video clips and LIVE coverage from shooting events, plus NRA updates from Headquarters, Hunting Reports and expert guests on Trigger Sports LIVE! an internet television weekly show. From there, Towle expanded by introducing Trigger Sports TV via DirecTV and Dish Network on the Pursuit Channel. Traveling across the USA, Towle and the ATSN film crew taped competitions and training events in all shooting discipline. Soon after, Towle realized that gun owners needed information on the responsibility of personal self-defense and gun handling beyond the shooting range, and Stop the Threat was born. Each week a panel of law enforcement experts discuss the re-enactment of true crime incidents that have occurred throughout the US and offer the audience sound information to better protect themselves and their loved ones. Towle often asks the viewers to consider "when to shoot or when to retreat". ATSN continues to be the leader in your trigger sports, and personal defense tactics and education.

Mission Statement

"To discuss the safe and responsible ownership of guns as a family sport and an American Tradition".
